Pendant la formation vous apprendrez plus de 350 poses de yoga, des jeux créatifs, des exercices de respiration, méditation, des relaxations guidées, des coloriages de mandala, le tout pour les enfants!
Nous aborderons des sujets tel que: les séquences de yoga appropriées à chaque âge, la gestion d'une classe de A à Z, le développement de l'enfant, comment mettre en place son business/ marketing, et bien plus! Mais le plus important: vous ressortirez dès la fin de la formation avec tous les atouts en mains pour créer une classe excitante et fascinante pour les enfants de tous âges.
The course is for anyone who loves working with kids, and loves yoga. It is for yoga teachers wanting to specialize, and educators wanting to bring the benefits of yoga to their classrooms. It's also great for parents to find new ways to connect with their children and family, and share a healthy, fun, and non-competitive movement-based activity.
It is also for anyone who wants to expand a current related profession, or learn a new one!
You do not need to be a yoga teacher to take the course.
